Una Terra may request any of Pecchioli's more than 165 color glazes to large format slabs up to 25" by 78" by 1 1/8" thick maximum, with many other standard smaller sizes, which come in 5/8" thickness. For special orders with Una Terra, they will custom cut larger slabs, offering five different edge profiles to choose from. These biscuits are made of a white-bodied "fire clay." The durability is only limited by the glazes themselves, which are rated on a scale from 1 to 5, 1 being extremely delicate (primarily the precious metals) and 5 being very durable and great for countertops and high traffic floors. This rating scale holds true for all of the glazed products.
