Our Approach

Step 1 If you are interested in including some of the tiles and other ceramic pieces in your next residential or commercial project, please fill out one of Una Terra's Request forms.

• Request an Estimate

Step 2: We would ask that you provide Una Terra with any information that will help us understand your project.  Then tell us which products you would like quoted and we will typically respond within 48 hours.

Step 3: After you have received an estimate for a specific project, Una Terra will send you specific samples upon request, either from our office in Maine or, if we don't have what you need, it will come directly from Italy to you.  You just pay for the shipping and handling.

Step 4: The next step is to place an order either by fax or email to Una Terra.

Step 5: In general, the production time for most orders is about 4 weeks. Then, from the time the goods leave the factory to a site delivery in the US or the Caribbean will typically take between 6-10 weeks, depending on the location and often freight forwarding conditions.

Step 6: Further details about payment, insurance and freight options should be discussed with Una Terra representatives at a later time.

Una Terra is the exclusive Tile Agency for Franco Pecchioli in a territory consisting of all 50 US States and the islands of the Caribbean, the Bahamas and Bermuda. Una Terra Agency will assist you in design, color coordination, custom sizing, quantities, pricing, special requests, and all ordering from the factory.
